We asked for a quote to tile our kitchen floor after having already pulled up the old flooring and put down cement board. We had purchased all of the materials and needed only the labor to put down mortar, cut and install the tile and Grout as well as rehang a section of trim along the wall. The total area was under 100 square ft. The estimator came out and took a look and measured and sat down for about 10 to 15 minutes seemingly doing some calculations. He then hands me an estimate for $2,700 plus tax and he said that if he had difficulty working around the screws that we had used on the cement board, he reserved the right to charge more, he also wanted an envelope of cash to buy any additional supplies he thought he may need. When I asked how long it would take, he told me that it would take 3 or 4 full 8 hour days. We ended up getting the job done by a professional contractor with 20 plus years of flooring experience for $900 and it only took a day and a half. Spokane Handyman Connection is basically out to scam people, I can't understand why anyone would throw their hard earned money away by hiring these clowns. At the rates that they're charging, I guess they only need a few suckers a month and they can make a living offf that. Stay Away!!! Boy, I sure do hope I get a response from the owner.

I hired Handyman Connection of Spokane to remodel our master bathroom. Chris Nielsen was extremely helpful in working with us to stay on time and within our budget. Scott, the contractor that did much of the work, made suggestions throughout the project that enhanced the finished product and made for a room that we proudly show off to family and guests. After the bathroom project was completed we experienced a home break-in. Someone kicked in our front door breaking not only the door but the casing and frame. I needed someone to come out and quickly restore the door and, once again, Handyman Connection came through. The new door actually looks better than the previous one and was installed with extra security features that will make a repeat event much more difficult. I would highly recommend Handyman Connection for any home improvement or restoration projects. They are true craftsmen and professionals.

We talked to a couple of very nice guys at a home and garden show and we are now remodeling kitchen and bathrooms. We couldn't find card given to us so we emailed handyman off of the website and we received no response, we called handyman and the gal that answered the phone who was extremely nice said she would have someone contact us. NO call from anyone. So we had to find someone else to remodel kitchen, In cleaning out drawers we found a business card that we received from David Dorius and thought we would give him a call directly and see if he was still working for the company.He actually set up an appointment to come out and give us an estimate. The day and time came and he never showed or called, we called and couldn't leave message so we sent a text and no response. so the saying goes fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!!! Never again will we give this company the benefit of doubt!!!

Awesome service! Steve was thorough, knowledgeable and responsive. The work was outstanding and I was very pleased. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, is that the call center for scheduling was horrible. But once I was able to get a local number, things were perfect from start-to-finish! I would highly recommend.
