Ryan was very prompt and nice to work with. He was pleasant to work with also. The job was done in a day. Our only complaint is we were not aware that the replacement tub would be smaller and that now new flooring and dry wall work needs to be done. The work was done on 10/26/17 and still haven't been able to use the tub/shower. The only company that was willing to do the flooring and dry wall work wanted close to $2,000.

Bobby B was our Gold Seal Plumbing service provider and was an absolute delight. He provided us with service options for our problematic, and very old, hot water heater, and ended up actually installing a new one for us that same day. Gold Seal Plumbing provided fast, professional, helpful service. Our kitchen sink was clogged beyond my ability to clear. I called at 8:30am and had an appointment within an hour. Their Journeyman Plumber, Jeremiah Green, was punctual, friendly, courteous, and considerate.He got the drain cleared and gave me tips to help keep it from clogging again. Gold Seal will be my go-to plumbing service.

Gold Seal Plumbing was the only company to call us back promptly. Aaron was able to come out quickly and resolve the problem. He was very professional and trustworthy, and didn't try to up-sell us on anything. We will definitely use Gold Seal moving forwards!

Our journeyman plumber was Rob Martin. We have a huge boiler here in our apartment building which supplies hot water for 27 apartments. Yesterday I spotted a leak in one of the larger pipes in a very hard to get location. Called Gold Seal Plumbing and Rob can right out. He worked for several hours corrected our problem and got us back on with hot water. He changed the pipes and eliminated a 45 degree elbow so the water flow would have less resistance. Great work and very professional. Rob and Gold Seal are the BEST! Also had Cory come and clean a sink and bath tub drains He did a great job
