Air Control Heating and Electric, Inc. provides residential and commercial air conditioner services, heating services, and electrical services to the greater Spokane and Coeur d’Alene areas. Air Control Heating and Electric, Inc. was founded in 1986, and we have built our business on creating satisfied customers and long-term relationships.

We offer AC install, air conditioning replacement, air conditioner repair, furnace installation, furnace replacement, furnace repair, and more. Wow, thank you Doug for coming out and repairing our Air Conditioner. Doug was prompt and courteous. He made sure we knew everything that needed to be done to get us back up and cool again. Air Contol put a furnace in my house that requires a 16*24 air filter. This size is not available at Lowe's. The typical size is 16*25. So I have to special order filters or cut the filter to fit. Also the crew stole my 6 foot ladder at the end of the job. When I called and reported it to the crew leader Scott it was no big deal. THEY STOLE MY LADDER. I would give negative stars if that was an option

Scheduled someone to come look at my broken A/C unit.  The lady was very friendly with customer service, (which is why this is 2 instead of 1 stars). Unfortunately, the appointment was never scheduled on their end.  Never found out until the service man was a no-show. Sought service elsewhere.

Air Control Heating and Electric replaced both a furnace and an air conditioner in our home in the last 2 years and did a professional job on both installs.  They especially had to be creative on our furnace install that was done in a tight area.  They were forward thinking enough on the furnace install to suggest  a new improved air conditioning coil set be installed with the furnace for a future air conditioning replacement.  Sure enough the air conditioner required replacement within 9 months and that installation went smoother with the preinstalled air conditioning coils in the furnace.  We are now enjoying improved heating and cooling consistency within our home with the new American Standard system that includes a variable speed fan, which works great in providing consistent flow into our upper floor, which we did not have previously.  The new high efficiency equipment install delivers greater year around comfort in our home with slightly lower utility bills.
