Our non-profit has worked with many, many plumbing companies over the years. I first met Bulldog on Easter Sunday when they came out to unclog the main sewer at my home. That was such a great experience that Bulldog now takes care of all our business plumbing needs as well. Great people to work with!

We had a major catastrophe when our septic tank backed up in the basement in the middle of the night. I was out of town on business and my daughter was trying to do the best she could. Finally around 2am I had to call for help. I could not have asked for more caring professional help. Sam was WONDERFUL! I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. If anyone wants to speak to me in person please get my number from Bulldog! Spokane is very lucky to have them!!!

My landlord sent over one of your plumbers today and not only did he fix my super clogged sink but he did it with four of my five kids talking to him. He was so so so nice and showed me what he fixed and was super nice to my kids. My daughter said the slogan from the radio to him and he was really entertained by that, we will be customers forever after this! If I would have known it wouldn’t be intrusive and awkward I wouldn’t have waited a month to get someone out here! I wish I would have gotten his name because he deserved some praise, but he knows that the lady on Dean with the 5 kids really appreciates him!!!

The website offers a free, no obligation estimate. Which we found out is not free. On the invoice I noticed 2.5 hours. Half hour of that apparently was the “free estimate” where all that was done was a piece of drywall was cut out so he could see the problem, mind you we already cut into the drywall and could see it already. He quoted us about 2 hours and scheduled a time to get it done. Also they do leave a mess behind, the plumber almost forgot his saw and we had to run it out to him. Then I get home to see the plumber working and he is on his phone talking away, for 145$ an hour I don’t want someone to be dragging their feet and chit chatting on the phone. It’s a shame that a company can have terrible values and customer service because they have such a high demand job. I will be going with a different company from now on. I am sure it will be better this way anyways, they can’t keep on schedule at all.

We tried bulldog because they do good work on the apartments where I work (senior retirement). Steve and David worked all day with rusty, broken pipes, mold, rerouting vents in a very old bathroom, crawl space and out to the septic system. The job was hard and they worked hard. They left things clean and stuck to the estimate. We are very happy
