AAA Heating did an outstanding job diagnosing and getting our furnace up and going in record time. Our Service Technician was Kenny Overman and his customer service skills and technical knowledge is outstanding. The receptionist/scheduler was very polite and coordinated our work order to get the replacement parts to Kenny as quickly as possible, and he was at our house early on the morning the parts arrived. Kenny explained the entire heating system to me and gave me very helpful hints on changing the filter and other furnace maintenance tips the keep our heating system working for many more years. We also received a military discount from AAA Heating which was much appreciated! We are very impressed with this company and will be using them again in the Spring to check our air conditioning.

AAA heating knows what they are doing. Prices are reasonable and are technician was informational, knowledgeable, and helpful and never made us feel pressured. We will definitely call AAA if we need heating, plumbing, or electrical work done again! They were able to figure out the problem after another company would not honor their workmanship and we already paid hundreds of dollars. Very honest company and we were very pleased! :)

Kenny was able to respond on the same day I put in the work request. He did a fabulous job identifying and fixing the issue with the air conditioning unit in the office. The customer service rep I spoke with was professional and courteous. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Told me a time when they would show up (an EXACT time) and then didn't show up at that time. Called after 20 minutes they said he'd be on his way. An hour after I called he still wasn't here. I cancelled two work appointments for this losing out on money earned. I called and all they had to say was "You should have been told a timeframe." Well, if it was a timeframe he still would have been late. Not impressed. Wasted an ENTIRE morning on this and didn't get my problem solved. Will not be recommending them or using them.

Darren and the rest of his crew were prompt and professional. My new gas stove line and outlet were installed two days after they came out to give a bid. I'm so impressed, I will have them come back to do some more work.
