Furusato Japanese Restaurant

This seems to be a hidden gem in Edmonton. The staff is sweet and kind. The food delicious and worth every penny. Try the butterfly roll at the end of your meal, it's a must. My best friend brought me here and as we got close I wasn't sure but after my first bite, I fell in love.

This place is a gem. We did pickup because of the whole covid thing. They did a great job ensuring our food traveled to our home without getting soggy. Food was fantastic! I highly recommend the chef's sushi picks.

First time here and will be back! You can always judge a japanese restaurant by its miso soup. Everything we ordered was absolutely deliciou! Plus great service and fantastic selection!

This place has been great for years! It's changed ownership a couple of times but still offers the same great quality and super friendly service all at a reasonable price. If you're into sushi and Japanese cuisine then your missing out if you haven't been to Furusato.

Would certainly recommend trying this spot. Excellent vibes, tasty food, fantastic service. 5 stars.
