Went here on a whim while shopping in the area. Food was amazing and better than expected! All the raw salmon and raw scallops were fresh and delicious, miso soup was the best I've ever had and so were the gyoza dumplings!! We ordered 2nds of almost everything! Highly recommend!

Very, very good sushi. Crispy Tuna Square appetizer was quite possibly the best sushi appetizer I’ve ever had. Quality restaurant and the service was good. I’ll be coming back often for that appetizer and the Bronco Roll.

This is the BEST sushi in Parker! Other places have a nasty sewer fish smell when you walk in but not this place. Their sushi is top grade & absolutely delicious!  If you're looking for a new sushi place please come check them out!Food: 5/5

Great place for lunch! Usually not very busy. The Bento Box is my favorite. Large portions that include Soup & Salad. They also have a full bar available. Nice Staff.. Small Parking area

We love Yutaka! My son and I come to Yutaka every Wednesday evening. The food is always amazing and fresh and Joyce and everyone else there is always so wonderful and kind. Wednesday is our favorite day of the week because of everyone at Yutaka!

This place needs to state that it’s not authentic Japanese. We went there today for dinner. Greeted promptly. This young kid brought us some water, and the menus. My husband asked for some green tea, and they brought it with the packets of sugar. I ordered some appetizers, gyoza was good, but the dipping sauce was sweet. The age-tofu wasn’t that bad. The yakitori chicken was awful. Just three pieces of flat chicken breast traditional yakitori is the chicken thigh which is more tender, and the yakitori sauce I think was stored bought. My last appetizer was ika karaage fried squid, I swear that was only the calamari rings breaded with panko, not the karaage batter. I really struggled with the taste of those foods.  I ordered the spicy tuna roll. The tuna was chopped and red colored, but honestly I don’t think it was a good quality tuna. The California rolls weren’t that exciting either. My husband ordered vegetable  tempura, and the batter was so thick that he couldn’t tell what he was eating. The broccoli tempura was burned and tasted awful. Authentic Japanese tempura has a light and delicate coating of tempura batter.  I honestly want to know if there are any japanese chefs working there. This is really bad, in my opinion, because then people think that this is the true japanese food. I struggled to leave a tip. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I would never treat customers the way I was treated.   Dietary restrictions are never fun for anyone but based on their menu I told them what to take off. When I got the food it had totally different items on it which happened to be another one of my dietary restrictions. I kindly asked if they could take that item off/remake it and the woman started yelling at me so much so that her son came over. She told him to go look at the menu because I didn't tell her to take that item off. That item was not listed on the menu. She then scolded me like I was a kindergarderner and said do you want me to remake it or not it's not my fault you didn't tell me nor that the menu didn't list it. At this point everyone in the restaurant was looking at us and the son was telling her to back off, mind you this was a teenager trying to tell his mom how to act because she was so out of control. With that said, I would never support a business like this.

Delicious Japanese food in Parker! The sushi selection is excellent, the food is fresh and authentic. My favorite is the chicken and shrimp tempura, but everything I've had here is delicious. Very friendly service, one of the best eats in Parker.

Great food. Never disappointed! My boyfriend and I always prefer Yutaka and make it our first choice whenever we want Sushi. Shrimp tempura rolls are amazing and can not get that from anywhere else. Highly recommend this restaurant as a go to sushi place.

Excellent food, reasonable prices. I had the shrimp tempura dinner and it was outstanding. It comes with a salad and soup, shrimp and vegetables with dipping sauce. The tempura was outstanding, light and crunchy, the salad was cool and refreshing and the soup light enough not to fill you up before you can eat your entree. I haven't had tempura like this since I left San Francisco. Plenty of easy parking and convenient location. Not fancy inside but I'll absolutely be going back again and again for the food and service.
