After renovating our home we were looking to purchase a number of new pieces and a friend recommended we check out Equilibrium in the Junction. So glad we went in as we've had a wonderful experience working with the owner, Samantha. She listened to what we were looking for, helped us choose the furniture and fabrics and even followed up with me by email to recommend some other pieces based on our conversation. We had an issue with the leg on one chair and Samantha dealt with the issue personally making sure we received a new base, even delivering it personally. We were so impressed with her customer service we ended up going back to the store to purchase more items and will definitely be back again!

I absolutely love this store. The service I received from beginning to end was very professional. I purchased a custom made Canadian sofa and the quality and comfort will be keeping me a happy and loyal customer for years to come. I also purchased a dining table and chairs at Equilibrium only because of how great an experience I had. I can't imagine buying my future pieces anywhere else and would highly recommend this place to anyone. I have read a few bad reviews about this place and I just don't get it, I guess some people can't be pleased no matter how hard you try.

My wife and I were very pleased with Samantha's attention and expertise in putting together a package of furniture for our new condo. She really took a lot of time with us and we were very impressed with everything she picked out in terms of style and fabric. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen situation, we were not able to finalise a purchase. But, this was definitely not the result of anything that could be attributed to Samantha. We certainly intend to return to Equilibrium in the future.

Amazing service and excellent Canadian pieces very reasonably priced. I went in for a couch and ended up furnishing my entire main floor. Samantha was super helpful, she even helped me outsource a couple custom pieces

That one raving review posted here was probably by an employee or the owner of the shop, as my experience couldn't have been more different than that. Was promised a quality Canadian built product (sofa) that came with a hefty price tag too, so it seemed justifiable until I actually got delivered a cheap Chinese made version of what I purchased, that came with its own list of issues and problems and the store was unwilling to do much about it until I threatened to call my credit card company. So much for "satisfaction guarantee" they rave about as well. Would never recommend this place to any of my friends in a million years - might as well pay a quarter of their price and order it directly from China, and you'll probably get a better service too! Ugh, so much hassle this place caused me it's not even funny...
