easyhome Rent to Own

On August 5, my Dad purchased a sectional sofa, this sofa was delivered on August 6. Just found this sofa smelled of cigarettes. It looks like was rent to own and the previous owner could not be p so easy the ho had to take back. Sale guys/manager: Name Arminder Sigh. I called in this morning manager refuse to help or send someone to remove the cigarette smells. Now he is saying this was the final deal. I look in the receipt no mention in that so ever this was final sales. He refused to transfer me over to his manager or guide how I can get in touch with their boss.

Terrible customer service, overpriced furniture and interest rates that make you think “how isn’t this illegal?” Wanted $6000 for a couch that I find an exact replica on wayfair for $1900. They are not trying to make your life “easy” these are professional con artists who pray on low income families and those who cannot procure a loan. Avoid at all costs!

Awful experience. The guy working or managing this place was rude and trying to rip me and my father off. Wouldn't allow us to take home the TV by ourselves, or even pick it up, it "had" to be delivered and be charged 80$ upon delivery, not including 30$ to set up the transaction. Oh and a week later another 80$ for the monthly fee. And then pay this for 3 and a half years which would make the cost of the TV DOUBLE then what it's actually worth. Avoid this place at all costs. What a money grab and awful customer service/experience.

We stopped by there today to check out prices for a bed and headboard and basically a bedroom set and our expectations were met the prices were right on affordable really nice clean store and friendly staff.

Rhonda, Zack and staff are always courteous & friendly. Great company to deal with. Ive also found when dealing with Easy Home Summerside, they are 100% professional, very knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their customers. Would recommend 100%
