La-Z-Boy: Melissa Creelman is a star. I trust you know this and you are doing everything possible to retain her as a happy employee! We just bought a chair from her - wow! What an amazing salesperson! I've never had such a positive furniture buying experience. She knows the product so well that she was able to select a few chairs to suit our needs. Then she asked great questions while we were trying them out.  We are delighted with our purchase and will be back to see Melissa again.

Purchased a recliner chair that was perfect for my needs. The chair was just the right size and fit for my height and the foot rest is perfect for me as I have two bad knees. It felt like the chair was just made for me.  The chair had options for the colour I was looking for and it was just want I wanted to match my other furniture.
