Staples Moncton

I went to the counter to buy these pen and the customer service person told me to wait at the counter while she was dealing with someone’s issues. while I was waiting she completely ignored me and started dealing with other person so I went and ask her can I please pay for the pen and she said oh if you’re just paying for this pen, you can go to the other counter and pay. She simply wasted 10 minutes of my time. when they have so less customers, that kind of ignorance and reluctant in customer service is unacceptable. The other girl was really fast and diligent by the way.

Love staples as a whole, enjoy browsing and shopping however had an employee state me down twice for walking and then he attempted to walk through me as he walked around with his focus on his phone. Honestly just poor form as an employee. Otherwise staff were fantastic and store seemed clean.

Asked them for toilet paper so I could use the restroom because they were completely out and they said ‘ok thanks I’ll tell the manager’. And then go about their own way. I asked again, they said ‘we don’t do that type of work here, the cleaners will come tomorrow and bring toilet paper’. My goodness. Talk about great customer service.

My experience at that store is awful, 0 if I could give that. I have a very hard time getting my papers anything or anytime to print, from the machine. I have a desibility, If you ask for help, they make you feel you bother them and will give you the minimal help and I always get stuck and it end up not working because they refuse to come help you and explain properly. Money spent no print. I even when to the manager once and he basically say that they didn't have to help, so there are working there but won't help costumers? How does that make sence!!! so after that non sence I have been going to the one in Moncton and never has any attitude or problem with the service, they are kind and patience. Won't go back to Dieppe no even to buy anything.

I like staples for the products they carry and the servives they offer. They carry many office related items that are difficult to find at other brick and mortar stores.nnThey also offer passport photo services and self-serve printing/scanning stations. They are also a package drop location for some courrier services.nnWhat I very much dislike about staples is the lack of proper customer service at the appropriate places.nnFinding an employee on the floor to help find a product is nearly impossible, while the employees at the cell phone sales booth watch you pace the store repeatedly while offering no help. It's not their job. I get it.nnThe worst, though, is using their self-serve printers and scanners. Being a part of the younger generation, I am technologically savy. Many who use this service are from an older generation who are not familiar with these processes.nnMore frequently than not, there is only a singular employee operating the passport photo desk, package drop off desk, and self-serve station. As such, I've had to go out of my way to help people use the machines because the employee was too occupied with the workload they were provided.nnBecause of this, the lineup at that specific counter usually has 10+ people waiting for various services.nnFor a store that charges so much for their products and services, they really shouldn't spread their employees so thin.
