Amazing store. Went in for a chair for my office. Had two nice workers names Jayden and Sam, who were terrific. Jayden was so helpful with getting us the chair from the back room, and Sam was so helpful with warranty information. Wish employees everywhere were like this. Awesome job.

Recently, I went to purchase some ink for my printer. Received great service from the associate in the computer area. But as usual, it was met with the poor attitude of the full-time cashier. Makes you seem like you're bothering them by checking out. Only use staple if it's a last resort

Brought a Samsung A10 cell. Clerk offered to install my SIM card. He installed it backwards and ruined it. Manager said he was not responsible and left me to figure out how to fix the problem.nnPissed off, I demanded a refund. The manager refused saying the ruined card probably ruined the phone and warranty wouldn't cover that...A BRAND NEW PHONE.nnRather than fight with him, I brought the phone to a another tech for a new SIM card at extra cost...for the new cell and wrote this shinning review.
