Fresh Burger

Great burgers here. As the store name implies everything here is made fresh. Their mushroom melt burger had a thick juicy patty. Fries are crispy and lightly seasoned which is perfect. I came back on a second occasion for the prime burger and the meat wasn't as thick/juicy as the mushrooms melt but was still good. Update: had the angus and regular fresh burger today, they were excellent. updated to 5 stars

Absolutely delicious Freshly made burgers. This place has an open design kitchen so you can see them actually making/smashing your burger on the hot top! Fresh burger, fresh ingredients. First time here , and most certainly not my last. I opted for the classic poutine and was pleasantly surprised that it looked exactly like the poster on the wall. Fast , friendly service and decent pricing. Looking forward to trying more of the menu. Also loved the fact the fries were cooling on a rack, reminded me of my time in the kitchen. Great job !! Undercooked beef burger. Picture attached, the centre is still pinkish. First concern is obviously food poisoning. Unlike a piece of steak, ground meat, even if ground beef should not be pinkish like in the picture. The grinding of meat disperses the surface bacteria through the meat, so it should be better done. Unfortunately I was hungry and I had already consumed the majority of the burger by the time I realized the pinkish interior. I approached the server and first straight answer was "You should have told us that you wanted you burger fully cooked..." Wth? The cashier in a not very polite way asked me if I wanted another burger and the server cooked another burger to make up for the defects in the first, but this second one was slightly burnt... The server also didn't seem to know that "everything" added means all the onions, pickles etc that goes on a burger. Putting everything on a burger does not mean to skip on the pickles and onions. 2 stars for now. If I get sick in the next few days, then one star! Btw I'm really worried because in 30 mins at least 20 ppl came in to order at the Richmond Hill branch, I hope nobody gets sick...

Fresh burger is like the no frills of burgers, you have 4 options single burger, double burger, prime burger and double prime. They all come dressed with the fixins, Mayo, Ketchup, lettuce, onions, tomato, pickle. I added caramelised onions, and sautéed jalapeño, to my double Prime burger It was a great burger I have to say. Hot melted cheese, onions caramelised to perfection. It was a big burger.... I didn't need that much of a burger. The fries are blanched and then deep-fried giving them fluffy insides and crispy outside. Drinks are as simple as the burger options, cans of what ever you want or a bottle of water. It was pricey I have to say, 24$ for burger, fries, drink and a side of gravy, but you get what you pay for.... a good burger! I'll be back for a smaller burger for sure, the first was fantastic.

Great tasting burgers and fries, but way too expensive in my humble opinion. Definetly fresher then McDonald's but not worth the price, although portion sizes were decent. The burger had so much juice that it broke the bag, making the final bites uncomfortably moist and difficult to eat without making a mess. Typing this review reminds me, I FINALLY FIGURED OUT why my shorts have a stain on them thst I can't remove, it was from eating the burger LOL sorry I got carried away there, that has nothing to do with the store, I'm just messy! Anyways, the fries were crispy and fluffy on the inner and free condiments like Cajun seasoning stuff and ketchup are available. The soda is in a can so you can't have refills like McDonald's or KFC etc. But at least that helps stop you from consuming a butt ton of sugar... See photo for an idea of the food. I forgot the option I ordered but it was the middle priced choice, with cheese. Probably called cheeseburger or something along that line... tasted fantastic but I don't like spending nearly 20 bucks for what is essentially fast food combo. Doesn't matter how fresh it is, it's basically just fast food like any good ol Burger King or stuff. Thr store is slightly small but clean enough, service is friendly and nothing to complain about. Staff are nice and they have good and fast service. The first 2 times that I went there back in 2019 I absolutely loved their burgers and fries, but the last 3 times that I’ve ordered, the taste and the quality wasn’t same. The burger tasted less juicy and quiet dry, and the fries each 3 times tasted dry, old and cold. I hope they get some improvements; I really loved their burgers at first.

Meat is very good but they ruined the good Burger with processed cheese. Was not a big fan of the fresh Burger sauce should be an option rather than automatically on. The French fries alone are very good. The protein was also very good slightly too salty gravy. The Cali fries were also very good little too sweet Also had a slab of protest cheese on top instead of shredded cheese. A place that specializes in burgers and fries should not be using processed cheese. If there was no process cheese it would have been 5 stars.
