I ordered the plant based burger and it was the most unappealing burger I've ever seen see photos. Not sure if this is the norm here as it was my 1st time at Hero Burgers. It tasted even worst than it looks. Bun hard and dry and burger severely burnt. So not worth so much money. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the place and all the staff were following safety protocols

Their burgers are fresh. The fries are crispy. The staff is friendly and polite. However, the wait time is slightly longer than in other burger joints, IMO. The restaurant is tiny. The tables are small with fixed round chairs. The restaurant's setting is pretty run-down. It is quite a contrast to other high-end restaurants in the same plaza. The place was crowded with students from the nearby high school waiting for their orders on my last visit during lunchtime. After all, I will go back for their burgers if I am in the neighbourhood since there is no other similar options nearby, but I will only order takeout.
Not even warm, cheese is not melted. They don’t care even though customer is waiting to order. The workers are rude. Don’t waste your money and time in this location. Try other hero certified burgers.
I had a burger with pouting. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order. The beef patty was overcooked and dry and the vegetables on top my patty were cold and frozen, not fresh at all, with too much sauce. It was a disaster. I never had such a terrible burger at heroes. The poutine was mediocre for such a high price. Terrible service and terrible burger.
The good: - cooked well - gave me lots of napkins - fries are good The bad: - both cooks were not wearing hair nets, which makes me wonder what other basic sanitary measures they’re not taking - the burger was not bad but not great - overpriced for what you get - sloooooow service

Had a burger delivered from here today - showed up with a piece missing. Picture says it all. Please provide a refund.
Stopped in for quick bite with my wife. Ordered my usual grilled chicken with all the fixins and two sides of fries. The food was amazing as always! The service was the usual friendly service, I’ve grown accustomed to with the Hero Certified brand. The restaurant could have been cleaner and the washroom door needs fixing. I would definitely return as these things don’t determine my choice of place to eat.
I had the Jalapeño Crispy Chicken tonight and it was really nice. Amazing flavour and best when served hot. I would recommend my friends to visit hero burgers as well. Nice place.
