Try their coffee free offer and not very impressed. I visited 3 times in 2 weeks and the coffee quality is not consistent. Sometimes is ok sometimes is very water and sour. Staff look very tired and not much morale.
Just placed a curbside pickup order today at 1:16 p.m., no one knows how to read the order... ... We sat in the car for over 30 minutes where it said it is for curbside puck up and the order still didn't come. When we went in, they gave us the order that has been sitting on the counter. We ended up paying $40 for cold fries, cold baked potatoe, and cold burgers. Their phone is only a decoration, I called over 10 times, left numerous messages, still no one pick up or return call. The receipt clearly stated that is a curbside pick up, with my name and the color if my car, but no one care to deliver the order outside.
Meals are ok. Those soda from those self serve soda machines were taste weird
Place is clean and well kept. The staffs are friendly. I like coming here for their burgers but also their drink machines with lots of choices. Originally the pop machine was out of my favorite drink which is part of the reason I come here but the manager was very kind to come out, when she had couple of mins, and change the machines syrup. Parking: Part of a plaza, so plenty of easy access parking.
Careful with this location. They make mistakes in the drive thru a lot! Like I mean A LOT! Take your time to check before you drive away. I find that most employees hate their jobs. One employee there was really nice though; but that was what feels like a long time ago. Being the closest Wendy's to my house, I want to go there. I want to support them, but everytime I go back now, i am reminded of my previous dreadful experiences and usually go to Pita Pit or Taco Bell instead.
First time eating at a Wendy's in over 10 years, only reason why we came here was to use a coupon and AMEX credit. The cashier lady with purple/pink hair was not friendly at all. She seemed reluctant and annoyed to answer my question. You can just tell that she doesn't like her job very well. The food was slow. And when we got our food the fries were half cold. The floor was dirty. I now remember why I haven't been to a Wendy's in a long time. See you again in 10 years, maybe.
Got coupons to use at this location Dave's single combo. It was the worst burger ever old and cold the cheese was still hard a couple of good french fries piled on really old an hard ones. This always happens when you give out coupons it's like you don't want us to use them. So no more Wendy's for my Family.
I've noticed better service since I've gotten the app. Extra crackers, sauce, Etc. Lovely that they offer seniors a free drink with purchase; unfortunately, I can't find that option in the app.Food: 5/5
Breakfast sandwich was terrible, sausage overcooked, biscuit undercooked! The entire sandwich fell apart! Never again! Back to Tim’s for me!
Ordered 2 Dave single combo, changed 1 side to a Caesar salad. No dressings were given and I swear those are spring greens for garden salad…just because you throw on some bacon and cheese does not make it a Caesar.
