I have been to Midas Orangeville twice so far and have found the experience Fantastic. Very friendly...open and honest. They take you under your vehicle to see what they are talking about and keep you fully informed. I noticed how many regular customers they have flowing in and out constantly.....they can handle oil changes...new tires...exhaust of course...and much much more....I can see by the wonderful attitude of the lady on reception...to the shop Manager...to all Techs....they want you to become a long term customer...and not just one time visit. I highly recommend this shop for just about any repair.

Amazing experience, hard working and honest mechanics, they'll even bring you out into the shop to show you what's going on with your vehicle and how they're going to fix it!

Let's put dirty tires into the back of car and say o well it's wet out. There no common sense the owner did nothing about it! Have to get my car detailed now! Never will I will bring my car there again! Amateurs

My fiance and I are a licensed automotive technician and service advisor respectively. We rarely use mechanical repair facilities as a result; however, when our vintage VW bus broke down en route to Gravenhurst, we found ourselves without tools or help. We called Midas in Orangeville and even though it was almost closing time, their service advisor sounded caring and helpful on the phone. She didn't hesitate in telling us to come right over. We arrived to find a busy waiting room and she was handling it like a pro. She was pleasant, extremely organized and welcoming. She listened to our concerns, asked all the right questions and reassured us. When the technician came to get the keys, he was in a great mood and very approachable. We know not to interfere with techs in a shop but we did have a few pointers on how the old bus works. He listened, was patient and professional. He repaired the broken header within moments and did a perfect job. We were so pleased! The whole shop had a great, positive vibe and you could tell everyone there works as a team. They were also honest and fair. I highly recommend this shop and appreciate how well we were treated! Thanks again, all!

I've been a customer of Fernando's for years. This man never lets us down. Extremely knowledgeable and always knows the remedy! He's very friendly and accommodating too, definitely a top notch service! Check him out.
