Rymal Gage Pharmacy

I've been using this pharmacy since they opened years ago. I have always been very happy with the service they provide. They seem quite busy but take time with each customer. From time to time a non prescription medical item hasn't been in stock but the pharmacy quickly ordered and had it ready for pickup in a day or two. I can't go on enough about how happy I am with this Pharmacy. I would never go back to the big store Pharmacy for prescriptions again. Thank you to Rymal Gage Pharmacy for always being there for my family.

When I moved to Hamilton in 2018, I was looking for a smaller pharmacy, as I have never had good experiences at the bigger box stores like Shopper Drug Mart. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with the team here- they are so friendly and personable and so knowledgeable. Their service is so fast and efficient and they are always looking out for their customers. I have referred family members to Rymal Gage and would recommend them to anyone looking for a team that is compassionate and treats their customers with the best care.

I have been customer of this Pharmacy for many years and the experience that I've had with them is it surpasses any other pharmacies in the Hamilton area. They Know You by name they know all about you it's personal and they treat you like family I highly recommend everyone go there unlike the big box stores they actually care

Best pharmacy ever. I am a customer for more than 2 years now. Prompt service. They are always ahead of time. They call as soon as they receive the prescription and make it ready so we don’t have to wait. Special thanks to Ms satinder as she takes care of all my prescriptions.

I transferred from Costco pharmacy to Rymal Gage pharmacy as it is much nearer to where I live and am so happy I made this change! Customer service is excellent--the staff are so personable and helpful. Highly recommend!

I switched over to Rymal Gage Pharmacy several months ago after really poor service at Shoppers Drug Mart at Lime Ridge Mall. I was looking for another pharmacy with friendlier staff, and who would be able to refill my medications in a timely manner there were numerous occasions at Shoppers where I would call a couple weeks early, they would let me know it would be ready the next day, and it wasn't - I've had to wait longer and in more than one case, I had to refill the medication elsewhere to get it on time. The folks at Rymal Gage Pharmacy are kind and they seem to really care about their patients. It's a huge difference from the cold/rude service I received at Shoppers. My medication is always filled on time, and it is always an easy process to refill and pick-up. I'm so glad made the switch. If you're looking for a new pharmacy, I would definitely recommend this one!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else!! I’ve been going here for a couple of years now, switched over from the rexall on upper Ottawa and stone church and I’ve never looked back once. Never waited in this pharmacy for more than 5 minutes when I haven’t pre ordered my prescription and always the quickest in and out when I’ve called ahead of time. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, the nicest most accommodating staff especially compared to the nightmare that awaits at larger pharmacies. Switching pharmacies is a hassle but this place will save you time and headache in the long run

Absolutely amazing pharmacy. Always customer first. I switched from shoppers drug mart because I always felt my prescriptions were never filled properly. Here they’re absolutely amazing know you by name, and care a considerable amount about their patients. I moved and I still travel just for their amazing customer service. I’ve never been let down or disappointed once. I Highly recommend them

This is one of the best run pharmacies I have ever visited. They have fantastic customer service, and treat their patients with care and compassion. Great location with lots of parking. They are also a covid 19 vaccination site. Keep up the fantastic service.

Excellent Service. I switched from Rexall because I kept having problems with my prescriptions and I was tired of dealing with really rude staff. I haven't had any issues since I switched over. They really care about their customers.
