Stepss Shoes

WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I recently purchased a pair of shoes from stepps in erin mills mall, after getting home and putting them on with my outfit for an event I realized they were too high and I wouldn't be able to last walking in them i brought them back to the store 3 days after the date of purchase. They do not offer refund but they do offer exchange or store credit so when i brought the shoes he the "Manager" (who would not give me his name) told me they were worn and he could not take them back, i explained i only wore them in the store and in my house to get a feel for the shoes. He went on calling me a liar saying that i wore them out and then tried to return them. He started yelling and being VERY disrespectful acting like giving me the store credit was a favour to me.... at the end of the day it's not about the money or store credit (as i will never shop here again) but it's about my integrity and that he was calling me a liar. As a manager of a company myself i was absolutely disgusted with this man's behaviour throwing the store credit book at me to fill out, calling me names and telling me that Im pissing him the FU*K off and he didn't even have to give me store credit and could just take the SHOES AND MY MONEY. I am not trying to gain anything from this review but to warn other people TO NEVER SHOP HERE. They are rude and just so unprofessional. Not to mention they WILL NOT tell you head office number or email or even a name of the store manager, its absolutely ridiculous the way they treat people.
