Be wary of those at the front desk. Yesterday, we went to exchange shoes that were defective and within the warranty period and the two women - one of indian origin tried to act like a know-it-all and disputed the return. We had to escalate the matter and her manager authorized the return! Then she forgot to take off the security tag from the new pair and we had to come back to have it taken off!  The girls today were nice though and apologized for their colleague's poor service!
