Shoes are good, customer service in this location not so much. The store manager, Sarah, refused to provide basic customer service so I had to call SoftMoc hotline for escalation. SoftMoc hotline was quite helpful and resolved the issue.

bought some slippers online & got an email to go pick em up. email didnt tell me how many days i have to do this so i had to call.  the person working there was nice & also helpful. she was able to answer some questions i had when i called and also in store once i arrived. if u buy online u get 75 days for refund instead of 30 so thats 100% worth. waaaaaaay better experience that soft moc sq1. never going there again thats why i chose pick up at erin mills instead.

The inventory doesn't match their website; there are no Sperry Topsider boat shoes at this location
