This is the closest gym to my house.  I went into the gym and asked if I could try the gym before I sign up.  The girl at the desk told me that I can pay for a one day pass or if I knew a member then I could get access for five days at no charge.  What gym makes you pay to try it out? However I went home,  and went the Fitness Evolution website. And I was able to get a one day pass at no charge. They need to train the people better,  so they don't miss any possible sales that walk in the door.

This is a nice facility. They have free weights, cardio equipment and fitness classes. You have to pay extra money a month for the fitness classes, though. The hours are also convenient. I enjoy working out here.

Hotel California 

You can join anytime you like but you can never leave. Signed up for the gym primarily because of the childcare service. Shortly after joining a notice was posted that childcare service was being canceled. Long story longer I canceled April 27th and still got billed again for May on May 2nd. I don't think a manager exists at this place. Looks like I'm going to have to cancel the card to keep them from billing me. 

1 star - On the plus side equipment is all new and it has lots of room.

Best gym ever, I lost weight just by walking in. In 2 weeks their cutting edge equipment dropped me from a 40 inch waist to a 32 with six-pac and glutes you could bounce a quarter off. The friendly and attractive front desk people offer a pleasant foil to the heavy lifting, serious, but welcoming lifting environment inside. This gym is for people serious about their fitness and committed to keeping a no nonsense, clean, and efficient gym environment.
