Even though I am new to this type of training, the owner has been very patient as he puts critical emphasis on technique. There are a plethora of different classes that challenge beginners like myself,  to classes that meet the aggressive regiments sought after by those  wanting to train in advanced barbell mechanics. Kc's workouts are tough, but extremely satisfying. His passion for training is infectious  and it shows with  his ability to modify any workout to fit any level. I am extremely satisfied to be a member of Cross Fit Lake Stevens.

I came to KC, who owns LS Crossfit, a week before Thanksgiving 2017 wanting to start the barbell class and that my ultimate goal is to compete in a women’s weight lifting competition. He was not only supportive, but he was excited for me and ready to help me achieve my goals even though I’d never touched a barbell before in my life. I’ve now been training 3 days a week in the barbell class with KC for 6 weeks and I can tell you that he is by far the best coach I’ve ever worked with. I’ve made insane amounts of progress in my strength and form because KC believes in me and pushes me to give my all at each and every class. If you’re looking to gain strength and stamina and make some new friends along the way, then you need to check out Lake Stevens Crossfit. You will be glad you did!

For many years I had done my own thing at my gym but felt something was missing.  In February 2017 I joined CFLS and found that I was right. The camaraderie with fellow members is not something I had doing my own workout by myself. Not to mention getting my butt 100% kicked doing new, challenging  workouts and loving it. The coaches are very serious about making sure movements are done properly and safely.  Very pleased and impressed with the excellent staff and facilities. You can't go wrong with CFLS.

I've been looking for a new "gym home" for a while and after my first work out here, I was sold!  KC is beyond wonderful, you can tell he's passionate about coaching and takes the time to fine tune the little things that make the big things so much easier. I would recommend CFLS to anyone!

Great gym with great coaches. I've been going for almost two years but I have a lot to learn. KC is patient and thorough when it comes to helping me with the movements I still struggle with.
