Started out as a drop in. Josh personally reached out after I signed up for class the night before to welcome me, give me the workout, and make sure I didn’t have any questions. I was immediately welcomed by the whole community and only after a few short weeks the whole community has shown me nothing but love and support. They even helped me look for a new job and help me find a place to rent. Can’t thank them enough for everything! The programming has been challenging in a good way and doable for any athlete. Love the partner workouts on Saturdays! This gym is structured, clean, professional and of course super fun! Bonus is my rental is close enough that I get to stay a member! Love this place!
This is the best CrossFit gym in the area. I’ve been to others and this is by far the best. The coaches have the right blend of expertise, encouragement, and injury prevention. No drama, just a really positive atmosphere from beginner to expert. They also have regular clinics to focus in on difficult skills that is included in membership. They don’t try to upsell you on personal trainer sessions. It also has more class times and is open 7 days a week compared to other places. Very family friendly. I feel like it’s my second home
This gym is amazing in every way. The owners care about the members, always looking for ways to make the experience better. Coaches are knowledgeable and care for the gym like the owners do. The community is supportive and great. No matter your level you will have a great time at CrossFit Lake Stevens. Can’t say enough great things about this gym!
CrossFit Lake Stevens is a wonderful gym and community. Every coach is passionate about fitness and able to scale workouts to individual needs whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or have an injury. I joined 3 months postpartum after not working out for 9 months. The coaches especially the owner, Josh welcomed me and my baby with open arms. I was thrilled to find out there are dozens of moms just like me trying to get back into shape post baby with the same limitations. Don’t let kids be your barrier to joining. Lake Stevens CrossFit has a room with a TV and Netflix for the kids for no extra charge. There are kids at every single class. The best part is, everyone jumps in and supports. Your kid has a meltdown and you’re in a middle of a set? No worries, one of the other parents or coaches jumps in. That’s the kind of community CrossFit fosters. If you have an infant, call the gym and talk to Josh about the accommodations they have for kids in car seats and strollers.nnWhen you talk about CrossFit to many medical professionals, they are always worried about injury due to poor form, lots of reps and too much weight. While this scenario may be true in other gyms, CrossFit Lake Stevens spends time coaching each client through proper form before increasing weight. Meeting your body where it is at is at the forefront of each class.nnIf you’ve been thinking about joining or doing a trial class, take the leap! You won’t regret being apart of this diverse, supportive and accepting community regardless of your fitness level.
I’ve been thoroughly enjoying my classes at this CrossFit gym! The coaches are incredibly encouraging and always push me to exceed my limits. It's not just a workout; it's a lesson in discipline and perseverance.nnSince joining, I’ve seen a significant increase in my overall strength. I hate to miss a single class! Josh is best !!nnIt’s been 5 months .
