This a very well organized gym with welcoming staff. The biggest benefit is the freedom of being able to workout anytime of the day.

I took advantage of their 7-day pass and was quite pleased! Easy access from I-5, lots of parking, plus the place is kept clean.  The center has an excellent variety of state-of-the-art equipment. The staff is friendly, yet not too pushy - like plugging extra $$ services if you know what I mean. If you want to get in, do your thing & get out, you should check the place out.
