Serving our community for 35+ years, offering small group training, private training and classes. Our facilities include a swimming pool, hot tub & sauna. Independent workout areas feature Precor strength and cardio equipment and we have extensive free weights. Also available are swimming lessons, physical therapy w/partnering clinics and a playroom. We have established many long-term relationships in our community with partnering businesses to offer the best in health & wellness in the greater Arlington-Smokey Point area.

I’ve been working out here for two weeks and already a huge fan. The employees have been super helpful and friendly. And I’ve had good conversations with other people working out. Truly feels like they’re building community instead of a place people go to just rep out sets with headphones in. Obviously one of the main selling points is the spa, pool, sauna combo, but proximity to the airport trail is also a great perk. The equipment might be on the older side, but it’s evidently clean and well-maintained which I think is more important anyway. Coming here is always a highlight of my week now.

Very friendly staff..Always willingly ready to help you and lend an ear when you want to chat.. I do the class water aerobics and what a class it is... talk about a work out... loving it...

Public, non- members can bring family 5,6,7,8 kids to open swim on Fridays for $7.00 I am a member but I have been charged $10.00 for bringing my 6 yr old. they sent me a bill for $30.00. I am no longer  a member at this place. I got a membership somewhere else. Also,the hot tub is so filthy they dump chemicals into it which burned our eyes and took the color out of my new bathing suit. Dirty place, dishonest manager. Ugh

Fantastic, family friendly gym.  I just started here, and I'm not exactly a gym enthusiast, so we can get that out of the way now.  However, my wife is and is looking forward to classes that are included with membership as well being able to use the multi lane lap pool, which is also sometimes used as a community pool and they offer several "aqua-fitness" classes in it as well. My personal experience here:  The staff is friendly and receptive.  The bathroom and the locker room areas are always clean.  The equipment has always been ready for  use I've been using the machines.  The other patrons are friendly without violating "gym-etiquette." Other notables, this is a two story gym that has seen some repurposing of spaces and room giving it an ecclectic feel that I personally find endearing.  Access to the pool can only be accomplished by traversing the locker room, which makes a bit of sense to me. Unfortunately, I don't have any pics to add, unless you want to see my family selfies infront of the facility! ;  I hope this helps!

The athletic club is great. So thankful it's there and available. The sauna is a great stress reliever, the pool is awesome for my son's swim lessons. Overall great environment, friendly staff, up to date equipment!!

First of all this gym has a pool. I'm assuming thats why it is so expensive, nearly $50 a month for a membership. To be honest I don't understand how they are still in business with those type of membership prices. I was paying for a couples membership for about 5 months & canceled to pay for just myself. In the end when I made the choice to switch to a cheaper gym & I was still charged to cancel the couples membership even though I canceled it 2 months prior. Best to just go to a cheaper gym or if you are looking for one with a pool, just go to the YMCA.

The family friendly atmosphere and super customer service are perfect for our family. We have grown very attached to the people and staff. It is like a little family. The kids love the playroom and the pool. Working out and getting healthy here has changed my life. Its a great place! Check it out for yourself.

This place is great and the people are even better. Everything you would ever need or want as far as equipment goes. Pool hot tub sauna

This is a great place to work out for all levels.  I have taken my 5yo son here for swim lessons and for the community swim.  I have been a member since August 2017, I find that I can get a great work out either on my own or in one of the fun group classes.  I also participate in a group personal training session 2x a week.  There is individual personal training available too.  The facilities include: Cardio: Rowing machines, ellipticals responsive and traditional, treadmills, bikes.  A full circuit of resistance machines.  TRX harnesses, and a great selection of free weights.  Also a lap pool, sauna, and hot tub.  The facility is kept very clean.  The staff is friendly and helpful.  The trainers are detail oriented and able to train to multiple ability levels simultaneously.  I love that there are not a lot of televisions, there are a couple, but they are not distracting.  I feel at home at this gym.  I can get everything I need for my daily workout.
