Wonderfull place to learn and practice yoga. Instructors are all great and accomodate all students from begginer to the very experienced. There are several levels of classes, from traditional Hatha to Power Yoga and Yin Yoga. There really is something for everyone. I started in 2016 with no experience and now have over 450 sessions completed. It is a part of my daily routine and a fantastic way to start or end your day. I have lost 30 lbs, gained muscle strength, balance and improved my posture. Not bad at 60!  Thank you to the staff and instructors at Spark Yoga. Blessings

I'm so happy that there is a local hot yoga location that I'm not traveling to get too! Makes the experience so much more enticing. Great instructors and class. Love this kind of work out in the heat!

I tried another hot yoga studio for awhile, and it was just  a chore to get through the class. Not the case with Spark. I love going to class now! I have completely adapted to the heat, and the instructors are all really fantastic.

This studio is fantastic! Great teachers and classes. Instructor, Jasmine teaches a great class, watch out, she will work you! Super happy with Spark.
