Finger Lakes Waterfall Resort

Very very happy with my stay. Me and my girlfriend spent the weekend. There's plenty of good places to eat within a very close distance. Also along the Seneca wine trail. And I was amazed that there was a waterfall about 200 feet from the rooms, a private waterfall on the land. The owner was more than helpful and kind, very nice man. And in case you forgot to pack a toothbrush there is a Wal-Mart no more than 8-10 minutes down the road. Also very comfy bed and pillow. I can't wait until next time.

The good... the view was amazing! The room was mediocre, I hope you don't want to reheat left over because there is no microwave, the bed was not close to comfortable and the pillows were flat, and I hope you don't want more then your morning styrofoam cup to drink out of, the hot water took at least 15 minutes to get warm to shower in the morning. Parking, forget it. I hope you drive a small vehicle and it can hilly stoned roads. We had our pickup and it was a headache trying to get in and out. I hope you plan on checking in as close to 3 as possible or they will call to find out where you are, the office smells a bit mildewy upon entering, and it was great to be told we were going to be shown to our room and then the guy walks off down the hill with another couple without any say. Sadly it's very overpriced for the lack of serve and luxuries you expect when paying the price asked especially in a wonderfull area such as the fingerlakes. Next time we will bring our camper and stay at a state park or visit a bed and breakfast.

Looks a little run down on the exterior, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Look, there's a frikkin waterfall in the hotel. You can sit in a hammock by a waterfall looking over a lake. Cmon. That's awesome. People are nice, all the amenities are good. Giant. Waterfall.

Rustic, relaxing. Going to be a beautiful place when it's all done up.

Right next to the waterfall. Great view of the lake as well.
