Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel is a great place to stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a friendly smiles and hellos. Any questions we’ve had about lake Seneca and things to do in the area were answered at the front desk. We got room service delivered to our room, and over the phone, the restaurant helped us pick a wine that would pair nicely with the cheese plate. They brought the food and wine in, opened and poured it for us. Again, they were friendly and greeted us with smiles. It was my fiancé’s birthday, and after I mentioned it, they helped set up champagne and balloons in our room with a card. The service at the restaurant was top notch. The rooms were clean and relaxing, there is coffee on each floor, and the service is outstanding. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the place!

This hotel is right on the dock area of Seneca Lake. Rooms are outstanding. Stayed overnight. If you have to ask the cost of the rooms you may want to look for medium cost hotels. If you want to treat yourself for a special occasion this is the hotel to choose. Consider seasonal pricing.

This hotel was nice, clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and the grounds were pretty and we'll maintained. My only complaint is regarding the guest room doors. They stick when opening and closing causing them to slam when shut. They also have door knockers on the outside which rattle loudly when the doors are closed. This made it difficult to sleep when some got up early in the morning and left their rooms.

We stayed here for our anniversary and I must say our dinner at their Blue Point Grille was outstanding. Our hotel room was clean with many amenities. My only complaint is that they do not have more available suites.

Very romantic hotel. Great views of the beautiful lake. Relaxing and inviting outdoor area. Our dinner on the outside patio was delicious.
