I waited 40 minutes for a pizza that should have been done. The workers were all yelling trying to find the pizza. They had to remake it and not a single employee said anything to me about it the whole time. There were multiple customers waiting that got their orders ahead of me and ones that even walked right in and right out with a pizza. I understand they were busy but the customer service was TERRIBLE. None of the workers had the slightest clue as to what they were doing. Every time I pick up an order that should be already done, there’s always at least a 20 min wait and all the workers are standing around doing nothing. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Great pizza ! How and fresh. I did have to wait but it was worth it. Employees were very friendly
I went in at 9:40, 20 minutes until close. The employees would not make anything, my options were the little they had already made. Which was an order of crazy bread and wings. After I left a minute later an employee was locking the door. The hours printed on the door said they were open until 10PM. But they were closing 20 MINUTES early. Very unprofessional
Just a bad experience with the lady at register..she didn't listen..the cheese was just sloppy thro on the pizza then the cheese was crunchy.. bad attitude .. baby service..Food: 2/5
I had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. Very good. Clean and friendly. Good service. I will go back.Food: 4/5
Walked in at 9:30, store closed at 10. They told us they were closed and refused to make our pizza, even though they were open for another half hour.
Every time our family comes to Ohio for vacation we eat here and every time they mess something up.
Staff got snippy when I declined a mushroom & pepperoni pizza they left cooling out for 40 minutes when they forgot my order. I guess I got off lucky by taking home an only under cooked pizza in retaliation.
They had 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni ready. We were out the door in just a couple minutes.Food: 5/5
Pizza was good but writing a review for front of house Karon. He was very pleasant and fast considering he was busy. Good workers deserve recognition
