It's only cuz I had to put a star..... otherwise I would not have gave 1 star.... been called 3 times and got put on hold for 9 min or more each time
Very rude. I’m 1500 miles away made an order for delivery for my daughter who works at Cedar point. She has no phone so I call to check up on the delivery status and the female was very rude. Never again. Then 5 min later I got a text the driver was there when all she had to say was it’s on the way
Pizza was ok. Not as good as other Marcos we have had. Delivery person got lost and it took forever we finally had to walk to the corner of our block to flag him down
I do not know what happened to those restaurant used to get pizza here every time I went to Cedar Point last year and it was the best pizza I had a pizza last Friday Not only was it not cut but it was horrible I don't know if you switch the recipe but I won't be back that's for sure and the service sucked I also got a cheesy bread and they told me they cut it under the cheese now no you didn't you didn't cut my pizza or my bread horrible service
Ordered a pizza when I was 30 minutes away from the restaurant as I had a very limited window of time to eat and was told it would be 20 minutes. I arrived, paid for my order, and then the cashier ran back and without saying anything, started making a pizza. Another girl came up and asked if I had been helped. When I told her what had just happened she informed me that the previous girl was making my pizza right then. I did not have time to wait and told them so. All I got was a 'sorry'. At this point I asked for my refund. I might have considered shopping with them again if they had offered a coupon or a free coupon or something but they just handed me my receipt and said "Have a nice day"..... I suppose I will take my pizza needs elsewhere from now on. I'll miss the pizza for sure, but the customer service leaves way too much to be desired considering the cost.
Actually terrible, I’ve scrolled through the reviews the owner has not gave proper reasoning as to why their delivery service is so poor. I ordered my pizzas at 6:50 and it’s currently 9:50. No pizzas. The estimate time was at 9:29. I was shocked as to why it took so long. I understand that they may be understaffed due to the Holidays and COVID-19, but this is unacceptable. I’ve also took my time to call the store. Called them for 30 minutes and no response. Don’t waste your time.
Screw the pizza up and when I called to complain the manager was a KarenDietary restrictions accommodatedNone of the above
The food was below standard domino's. They took 25 mins even though all employees were sitting around and had basically no orders. They had 1 table with 2 chairs and we ate in the parking lot
I absolutely love this store!! I'm a long time customer as they are mine and my kids' favorite ..Well ... They accidentally forgot a pizza in our order and gave us the wrong pizza and when I called the girl on the phone not sure her name offered to remake BOTH of our pizzas and give us cinnastixs, which she didn't have to do, and was super nice and understanding. I know everywhere is hurting for employees right now but I commend them an a wonderful job with the employees they have and superior customer service!! Way to go Guys!! I'll definitely be ordering again soon!!
We Dropped $60 on marcos today.6/2/2022 Zach the delivery driver had our food all jacked up. The i open my pizza and it wasn't even cut. My brothers sub was supposed to have pepperoni and no tomatoes but had tomatoes and no pepperoni. Then i ordered a Bruno steak sub to take for my lunch and it was loaded with onions. I hate onions and what makes it even worse the sub doesn't even have onions on it on there own menu. So they cant even make the item the way there menu even list it on there website. Looks like well be going to there next door neighbor Pizza Hut from here on out. Oh yeah weve also had this happen twice in the past where its contactless delivery and our food was left on our neighbors back porch only to be found the following morning. Then when we called and ask where they delivered our food because it wasnt here they got an attitude about it i live in a brick house even put that on the instructions and yet they deliver it to this guys house trailer on monroe street. It cant be that hard were the only house on our street let alone its even brick and not a house trailer.
