Story

Ralph's Radio Ltd. was founded in 1949 in Vancouver. Ralph’s began in Victoria in 1986 when we opened a wireless sales and services outlet at 766 Hillside Avenue. Products included Telus Mobility cellular and Autotel services, Iridium and MSAT satellite services. Our current store on View Street was opened in 1995 and now includes car stereo, sales and installations. We are proud of our reputation in serving Victoria and the community on Vancouver Island.

I was having an issue with my remote starter, called Ralph's who got me in the same day to troubleshoot. This was a very positive experience, they were friendly, professional, and fast! I didn't have my last install done with them, but I'll definitely have them do my next upgrade. Justin and Ken, stand up dudes.

Justin at Ralph's worked wonders for me! I had a car with absolutely no sound system or wiring to speak of and he hooked me up with an install! I highly recommend Ralph's, they deal in high quality work and sound. I will be returning whenever I need work done. So should you.

Just purchased speakers from Ralph’s as well as had them do the install. Justin was who I dealt, very helpful, they really went the extra mile for me. Quality stereo equipment and great install. Would highly recommend.

I wanted to really let people know that Justin & Cam at Ralph’s radio are as good as it gets!!! They Worked diligently and patiently with me to create an absolutely outstanding system. Are there “cheaper” places in town? Absolutely! Would I ever forgo quality of service and product for price? NEVER! Quite simply you get what you pay for! So far I have Focal K2 Elite series components front and rear! A beautiful 5-channel amplifier and apple CarPlay screen. Don’t cheap out! Call these guys. You won’t be disappointed. Ralph's Radio did an awesome job of installing my new Pioneer stereo.  Cam took the time to meet with me first to explain what needed to be done and options for installing the various components.  He provided an estimate that was very reasonable and all the work was completed exactly as described.  You wouldn't even know it's not original components (other than the technology wasn't available when my 2003 car was made).  I would highly recommend Ralph's Radio and Cam for your installation needs.
