Fallas Discount Stores

Came in about a week ago purchased a couple of items.... just realized that the cashier forgot to take the sensor off so I return to the store.... And was turned away because I did not have a receipt was also told this is policy so because your cashier makes the mistake of not taking the sensor off that's my fault.... Most people don't wear the items they purchase right then and there nor do they hold onto receipts for more than a couple of days I think the policy stinks also I was treated with disrespect by the store manager as if I was a thief.... Was trying to explain the situation to her.... Was told this is policy and I was hung up on it's safe to say I won't be back and I will encourage others not to come to this location and maybe any other fellas store if this is the type of service they provide

I absolutely love this place and sometimes I don't even want to spend money but I spend money just because one of the employees actually I believe she is one of the best ones there and is very nice I believe her name is Brianna she should get promoted

This is by far 1 of the worst stores in Markham. First they don't do refunds on their merchandise. Second you can't even exchange for a different sizes even if the tags are still on and you don't have a receipt. The people that work there are examples of bad customer service with African Americans. I don't care how cheap some of the prices can get the place always look trashed and the clothes look cheap and no variety to it.

This place is rude unproductive Its 9:35 and they are still not open Parking full of people tryin to get in but we cant because they not open and no manager here

Garbage dump. Used to be a decent store when back in it's AJ Wright days. They have the nerve to not give refunds or exchanges when they have easy theft that goes on during a regular basis. Much of what they sell is opened/torn anyways. Place should just crumble out of business and make it a Marshalls....but that would be too expensive for a losertown like Markham
