Factory Direct

The price is great . customer service is very bad if you buy something at this place make sure all pices are good and not broken . so much trouble to get any missing pice .

Factory Direct is known for their crappy service but this location has pretty high standards and the staff are excellent. If you must go to Factory Direct make sure you go to this location, they will treat you well!

This store has a policy of NO REFUNDS, only exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. The staff need to be trained in customer service. They're not trained and extremely rude! We bought a microwave that was defective, it stopped working after 2 days. Instead of exchanging it for another one we just wanted to get our money back and couldn't. We didn't want to take the chance of exchanging it for another defective product. Keep in mind that 90% of their appliances this store sells is garbage, lesson learned!! Don't waste your hard earned money here. From the ridiculous policy, horrible customer service, attitude and untrained staff I will never make another purchase at Factory Direct!!

Good deals, bought a refurbished tv for a great price. Staff was helpful. Moderately knowledgeable about the tech but always do your own research before purchasing.
