Truly is life changing! I’ve been going for about a month and a half and already notice a difference. I’ve never been to any other location but the coaches at this one are truly special! They really inspire you and push you and help you in the most positive ways! And honestly I don’t know where they get their energy but they sure got it! I am so happy I found something that truly works for me! Usually I’ll go somewhere and quit after a week, but this place keeps me coming back! Such an awesome team and community! And their recipes are So delicious and nutritious! I’m vegetarian for reference. I just can’t say enough good things about this place!
There is no better feeling than walking into a place that isn’t your home, but it feels like it is. The team at F45 Guildwood is exceptional. The coaches always have a the best energy and keep you motivated to get the workouts done. Waking up at 5am has become a joy and not a chore. They support , push and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. I love the community they provide. This is most definitely a judgement free zone, safe for everyone and anyone to achieve all your fitness goals. I would 10/10 recommend F45 to everyone, but there is something so special about the Guildwood location that takes up a big space in my heart.
Joining Guildwood’s F45 has been a great way to supplement my gym workouts. The classes are intense, and engage your body to complete the circuit. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating and will help you adjust your form to ensure you’re getting the most out of each session.
I started out not knowing much about working out and I feel like I’ve come such a long way thanks to the coaching team. Dwayne, the owner is extremely welcoming and kind. Amanda is full of electric energy. The support from this gym is outstanding if you need the extra motivation to get started. They really work with you and adjust to your limitations.nnSpecial shout out to coaches Betty & Miguel for the cardio days. you will definitely feel extra accomplished after their classes.nCoaches Alyssa & Andrea for strength training and always making sure we are lifting heavy nAnd of course coach Adam when you really need to know how to get that ridiculous lunge just right .nnEveryone there is at a different level too so you never feel like you don’t belong. The energy of this gym is extremely welcoming and a great community. Definitely recommend to everyone!!
F45 Guildwood is amazing!!nI always get excited when I come in for classes!nIf you need the support to reach your goals this is the place to be!nCoaches are attentive, they push you to get more reps in, but also compassionate to know at times you need a breather haha.nThe energy is high, the workouts are intense and the community so welcoming!nThe best part of this gym are the people :nI'm at my 3rd week and feel better than ever, looking forward to more!
