Eva’s is an absolute amazing brunch spot. I love their chill ambiance and always playing good music too. The service is great and very warm and friendly. One of the best fluffiest tastiest pancakes I’ve ever had Hightower dish also the sausages in the Hightower are incredibly delicious. The chicken and waffles were perfection and would definitely have again, perfectly seasoned fried chicken and light fluffy waffles. The coffee is really good too. Also easy to make a reservation ahead of time

Eva’s is such a fun brunch spot with a really unique vibe. The atmosphere feels more like a high-end evening lounge, but somehow it works perfectly for brunch. It’s young, lively, and definitely a place you go to enjoy the experience, not just the food. nnAnd the food truly delivers. My egg in the Le Brit sandwich was incredible — light, fluffy, almost like a delicate carbonara-style texture, and packed with flavor. The avocado toast was fresh and delicious, and my husband said the Mtl cheesesteak was the best he’s ever had. Portions are fair, not huge, but definitely satisfying.nnA small note: the music can get a bit loud at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.nnThe only thing that disappointed us slightly was the juice. At $5, we expected something a bit more refined, but the grapefruit juice turned out to be Oasis which you can buy at the dollar store, just served in a pretty glass.nnThat said, everything else was great. Just be sure to make a reservation — it gets busy. Parking is available on nearby streets, though you may need a few extra minutes to find a spot.nnOverall, we really enjoyed it and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

Suuuuch a delicious restaurant!! We were 4 and came without a reservation on friday at noon and they had place to accommodate us!! We didn’t know what to take, so the waitress recommended the eggslut sandwich and the mini pancake bites, which is what we took. We also took an accompanying plate of fruits. It was absolutely delicious!!! So fresh, the pancakes were so fluffy, and so was the sandwich!! The service was also impeccable, and the prices are reasonable. I’ll definitely be going back!!

1ère impression: Le service etait hors pair.nFood is all home made. I had the chicken waffle and my spouse the french toast. The waffles were light and fluffy and the fried chicken was top notch. The french toast were thick and if you're a cinnamon lover, this is a must.nThe vibe is chill and, there is no one pushing you out once you're done eating.nI usually don't go to montreal for brunch but I would go back again for surealready reserved for next month. nOur server Shannon hope I got that right was attentive and helpfull. Lovely brunch place in St. Henri! We reserved a table and we were right to do so because it gets pretty crowded!nWe tried the High Tower plate and the Peterson Classic plate! They were both so so good! We also ordered a side of fries, because it all came a little later than expected, the manager said the fries would be on the house so we truly appreciated that.nThe music can be a little loud but it was really a nice vibe, we enjoyed everything.nThe filtered coffee was okay. We’ll try lattes next time! Overall enjoyable experience.
