If you're looking for a healthy rice bowl, with flavour and some variety, this place is great. It's like the French version of Chipotle or Freshii... perfect when you're ordering in on a random night, don't want to spend money, but are looking for something healthy and tasty.nnI can't remember the sauces I ordered, but you get to pick what you want, so it's great!

I was looking for something quick, taste and somewhat healthy then google recommended me this place which was walking distance from my hotel. I got rouge mini with lemon chicken, brown rice, tzatziki sauce, black beans and corn. Service was very quick. It has amazing taste, chicken was flavourful and cooked perfectly! My tummy is happy. I wish they have it in Vancouver, please open one!

We ordered online and picked it up. The restaurant looked like a great atmosphere to eat. Food was fantastic! Great quality, healthy options! Would love to see this place come to the US!

Poulet rouge is one of my favourite places to eat in the city with my friends and family! This is by far one of my favourite poulet rouge locations in Montreal. I have been to many other locations but none compare to this one. First of all the staff was very friendly and service was quick, I asked for an extra topping expecting that I would have to pay but the employee said it’s fine. When I walked in I didn’t see that much seating, I didn’t realize that there is a whole second floor. Prices are affordable, bathrooms are decent for downtown area. As a local Montreal resident definitely will be returning when in the area!

Tried this place for the first time; the staff was very kind to explain about the menu! Tried the rouge bowl with BBQ chicken and it was delicious! I loved the spicy mayo sauce and all the veggies blended really well! The price is also very affordable and the taste was so good!
