Maison Corbeil - Laval

It’s been 3 months and I still have not received then credenza ordered back in April. The customer service here is non - existent, they do not respond to email requests or pick up the phone. I have no idea where my order is, and while they say it’s ’ready to be delivered’ every time I call to schedule a delivery it goes to voicemail. God forbid there is an issue with the actual order, I can’t even imagine how much of a pain that would be. While some of the items are definitely nice, it’s really not worth all the time wasted in trying to contact customer service just to get an update about the delivery date. I will not be ordering from here again and would not recommend this company to other people. Lots of other options out there with much better service and a higher level of professionalism.

Love the store … trendy wide variety of furniture and decoration options …. All the latest furniture trends …. The Laval show room is the best I find … how the furniture is displayed makes it easier to visualize … always helpful sales professionals around and never too pushy ….nLast weekend we went we were treated for coffee while we did our tour which was really nice

Love this store. Great stuff and eye candy.nCan't comment on service although it is a little hard to spot them. When I went un nobody assisted me but I was just browsing and in a rush. Also this store is HUGEnnBeautiful lifestyles, mid century modern American style, beautiful products. You can customize and choose your own fabrics for sofas and stuff. The entrance has products with a lowee price tag and it gets more expensive after that.

Looking for new furniture and they have a good selection. Wait for the sales, they always have one.
