Bain Dépôt Laval

I went to Bain Depot to remodel my bathroom and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of service I received. The staff was overall friendly, but i received the most patient and understanding help from tera a wonderful worker that helped fulfill all of my needs. She was understanding of my tight budget and offered me all of the different possible options. Would definitely recommend! 10/10 experience.

Avoid shopping at this location. The staff is unprofessional and are busy mingling with themselves. We waited for an hour to get help, we were told to wait after a certain person while all other 4 representatives were chitchatting and listening to their manager’s conversation through the back end sink demo wall. Very unprofessional and a waste of time where one representative monopolizes all the clients for commission. Customer satisfaction doesn’t mean anything to this location. Never going back!

I've started to reno my bathroom and came across Bain Depot. I liked the selection and the prices. The customer service is pretty good too, which is what I look for. I bought the Ariel floating vanity, shipping was quick. 5 days from Quebec to Calgary. Assembly wasn't that hard to out it together. The basin top was good quality and the high gloss cabinet is good quality, it has the soft close doors so I really like it. I had a reno company install this. The only downfall is the shipping charges, I wish it was a bit cheaper or free over certain dollar spent. The product is pretty expensive, it would have been nice to not have to pay the shipping. Overall I am really happy with my purchase. I would recommend them.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Bain Dépôt Laval this morning. When I placed my initial order on September 8th, I was told that my order would arrive on Thursday September 12th, and they'd hold it for a week until the 19th. Taking time off work and renting a truck, I went to pick it today Monday September 16th. After they loaded the items into my truck, I returned home only to discover they had given me the wrong order.nnWhen I called to explain the issue, I was told I had to return the incorrect item myself and that my actual order was never delivered to their location. Unfortunately, I’m traveling for work all week, and now my contractors don’t have the materials they need to finish their work. Given how busy and expensive contractors are due to the recent floods, as a result, I’ll have to wait a couple more weeks before they can actually begin the renovations.nnTheir solution for me to get my item on time was that I'd have to drive to their warehouse in Blainville, meaning I'd need to rent a truck again and spend more on gas. Their only offer of compensation was a mere 10% discount, which doesn’t even begin to cover my extra expenses and wasted time.nnTo make matters worse, they tried blaming ME and attempted to make me feel guilty for delaying another customer’s order because I couldn’t return the wrong item THEY put in my rented truck on time. This entire experience has been a nightmare...
