We had great customer service up until the delivery of our vanities. We were told that they couldn’t deliver on the date we requested, so we rented a truck. Only then did we find out that the vanities come unassembled in boxes that would have easily fit in a regular car.nnI can’t believe no one informed us that the vanities required assembly. This is definitely something that should have been mentioned while we were shopping, especially since the representative knew this was for a new-build project.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this store. I bought a drain from Bath Depot in Montreal a couple of days ago and had to return it because the color didn’t match our faucet. I read the return policy, which clearly says you can return items to another branch within 30 days. I even called the Laval store beforehand and confirmed with them that I could return it there.nnWhen I arrived, the guy at the store was disrespectful and kept making excuses, saying my wife’s phone number wasn’t in their system—even though we had the receipt in hand with the transaction number and all details.nnWe went to the Montreal branch to return a $50 drain. The amount isn’t important, but it says a lot about how you treat your customers. Honestly, I wish I could remove the single star. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service and a lack of basic respect for customers.

I want to sincerely thanks Tera for a bathroom project that took a lot of effort and coordination. She has a very pleasant attitude and patience, she took the time to guide me through this project and made sure everything was going according to plans. Highly recommend her for anyone who needs advice for their projects!!

Definitely commission based sales. No one is interested in selling you accessories, if you tell them you are still shopping and not ready to place the order you will get ignored.

Knowable personnel makes planning renovations so easy. Completed one bathroom reno, starting the second. High quality products, great customer service goes to great lengths to ensure 100% satisfaction. Francous St-Denis and his team are fantastic !
