Cheap stuff at high prices No welcoming and rudeness of the employees. Didnt feel like buying. A couple years ago I gave them my Cv... Never felt so rejected.. Ish never entering it again

Same experience for us !!! Bought frames and they never mention anything about exchanges or return when we bought them. We call them to verify if we could return them for exchange and they refused !! Very rude and snob staff.... For sure we will never buy anything there!! Advised everybody that you know ...they shouldn't be in bussiness !!

Be careful buying here, there are no refunds. They don't tell you that until after you buy something. They will only give you a credit note, and they are a quite snobby sale staff.

Wanted to buy an item that was on display and in stock , but couldn't because they were all on reserve for other customers that had put the item on hold ( no deposit ). So basically they said no to a paying customer for a "maybe " sale .

Terrible store all cheap imports.I received a gift on Saturday and I wanted to exchange ,the sales lady admit that she sold it on Saturday and it was in the original packaging and gift rap .It's the fist time i hear from a gift shop that you can not exchange i am not talking about refund but exchange .They wouldn't exchange without the original receipt.How can you receive a gift and not be able to exchange ?.How can you ask to the person who brought you a gift for the receipt? I didn't even wait this was the Monday following that Saturday .I offered to buy something with a higher price but they refused .If you are not flexible you should not have a gift shop.They were very rude.I will never shop there and I don't recommend anybody to shop there
