Used to have better service @ Langley Location - too bad that they can not maintain good customer service! Feb 25 2018 - Even in my last few rentals I noticed staff are unfriendly! Sad to see after all these years dealing with the same company for over 15yrs!! :(

This is a real review. I booked a full size SUV well in advance. Confirmed it the night before. Day of when i called in asking what type of SUV it was, was told that sorry they don’t have any. Asked if they could please find a solution and seemed like I was the one putting in more effort

Really happy with my experience at this rental location. Staff are very helpful and efficient. The quote I got with my reservation was the amount I paid, no hidden fees for an extra driver etc. Would rent here again.
