Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Do not trust what they tell you at the front desk. They will say anything to rent you a car and then unexpectedly charge your credit car at higher rates.nI picked up a car at 1pm . on Sunday. Then returned the car at 5pm Tuesday evening. My online request for the car stated until 7pmnThe people at front desk told me I only get charged for 2 days regardless. Then get a phone call saying I had it for 3 days and charged me extra. When signing the contract I even pointed it out to them and they said not to worry about it everything is fine. They are lying people.nIf I would have known i would get charged for a full day for only 4hrs extra . I could have picked up the car at a later time lile 6pm Sunday and returned it on Tuesday by 5pm.nTried explaining that to these people but didn't care and still charged me extra.

Terrible Rental Experience Following a No-Fault AccidentnnI recently got into an accident where I was not at fault. ICBC advised me to go to any Enterprise car rental location and rent a similar or smaller vehicle. Since the other party had not yet filed their claim, ICBC informed me that I would have to pay for the rental upfront, but they would reimburse me at ICBC rates once the fault was determined. I was fine with this arrangement.nnI called Enterprise’s head office to make a reservation and explained my situation in detail. I also requested a pick-up from my home, which they happily agreed to. They were helpful, confirmed my reservation with ICBC rates, and asked me to contact the location directly for the pick-up.nnThe next day, when I called the location to arrange the pick-up, they initially refused but eventually agreed to pick me up later in the day. Wanting to help them out, I arranged a ride with a friend despite the heavy rain and bad traffic.nnWhen I arrived, the employee was unhelpful and rude. She refused to honor the ICBC rates and insisted that I pay the full retail price, despite my willingness to provide the claim number. ICBC had assured me that Enterprise works with them and would offer ICBC rates, but Janvi refused to accommodate this.nnI left extremely frustrated after wasting time driving through heavy rain and traffic for nothing. Overall, a terrible experience.

I have rented a car with Enterprise Car Rentals multiple times now, and I can confidently say I've had nothing but the best experience. The customer service is a solid 10/10! The branch manager, Anubhav, really goes above and beyond, making you feel special and valued as a customer.nnLast year, I was in a car accident, which brought a lot of headaches while dealing with ICBC. Thankfully, the Enterprise team was there to support me throughout the process, and their assistance made a significant difference.nnThis location truly deserves a big whopping 5 stars for their excellent service. I had a really great experience renting a car here. I was a bit hesitant at first but after talking to Jahnavi I was convinced to rent a car, I got a great deal and she was very patient in answering all my questions and concerns. She really took good care of the entire process till the closure. Five stars to Jahnavi, and the car was also in great condition. 100% recommended.
