Worst customer service experience, I would highly recommend going out of you way to find a different company, you would have better service and more reliable transportation with public transit.  I rented a vehicle from this location, and had to extend the rental contract, I had a couple of issues and also asked for a windshield wiper replacement or to have it at least cleaned so it would work, the unhelpful agent just stared at me like I was crazy and didn’t fix anything.  As I was extending the contract I had to check the car back in and start a new contract with the same car, which was fine, the problem, I had filled up the car before ending the first contract knowing they would give me back the same car, it only needed half a tank.  The same agent, that knew this, then rerented me the same car but this time checked it off as having a full tank, so when I returned the vehicle, with what I thought was the required, half tank.  I was  subsequently charged $2.07 a litre to fill the vehicle with gas that wasn’t required.  Before this happened and because of a couple of other problems I had spoke with someone in management.   This person assured me everything would be fine and they had corrected the gas so a return would be trouble free and offered me a $10 a day discount for the other issues.   This person lied, no one fixed the wiper that need to be replaced, no one corrected the gas, they charged me twice for one day and I never received the $10 per day discount.  I left several messages asking for a call back, no one called back and no one answers the phone.  This Enterprise Rent a Car location is poorly managed, it does not live up to the brand recognition it receives.   I will never go back and recommend you try and avoid this location.

Service is excellent!  Rented an SUV on for holdiay trip on a busy season. Thank you VJ and his team for making the whole process quick and easy.

Very hard to find the location, only one small sign on the storefront. Their prices are a bit expensive. Other than that very quick and swift service! Car was nice and clean and ran with no problems. Would recommend.

Orderd a standard car, got a Honda Civic???
Picked up in White Rock and Dropped off at Marine and Oak,$75 drop off fee.
Poor value and lousy customer service
