Here is the best car rental shop ever. I believe they are one of the most reliable and generous car rental shop in the metro Vancouver. They provide a new cars for customers, all of them are well-equipped and well-ready with reasonable price. The staffs are very kind and know what customers want, also try to help people during rent. I had rented a car from here for a road trip at this time, everything was perfect and they helped so many things from pick up to return. If you need a rental, I excessively recommend this place for everyone.

I dont know why many people were not satisfied with their service. They have many nice cars, good price and provide a lot of good tips about car rentals. 100% sure here is the best shop in Surrey.

This location does not clean their cars and will not honor their contract. They refuse any vehicle but the kia which was infected with some sort of parasite and had never been vaccummed; they said, it was the only vehicle they had. Even though they advertised the rental would be a Toyota Corolla. Not satisfied at all. You are better off with Hertz or another company that maintains their vehicles.

Really shady business. if you are looking for some headache during your experience, this is the right place. They charged me $76 for a $20 parking ticket that was already paid. And as response they are sending me the contract which doesn't say anything about those charges. Not sure if is legitime business but know for sure the run a big scam operation there in Surrey, BC.

Very friendly and helpful staff.. I rented Jeep Grand Cherokee fully loaded.. Car was clean and very nice..
