Rented a nissan sentra over the weekend. It was raining when I picked up the car so I was only able to do a quick inspection. When I returned the car on Monday I was told there was a very small chip on the windshield. I am very positive it was already there before I rented it. Be very careful when renting at this location. Update: Message below from Enterprise is just to make it appear that they “care” and will look into the issue. No one called me back and I had to literally keep on calling them so my insurance could pay for a very tiny chip on the windshield that I am very sure was already on the car before I rented it. Do yourself a favor don’t rent from Enterprise particularly on this location. If you insist on renting here make sure you bring a microscope and inspect the car for an hour! Otherwise be prepared to pay for damages you did not cause!!

Terrible. Not trying to be mean. But, I went in to order a car, came back a few days later to return and my rental rate went from 30$ a day to 90$ a day. They would not fix it because staff from that location were not in, even though I had the contract I signed handy with me. Also. The car I rented is newer so to put gas in is different from my car from 2006. The car was nice, but it was embarrassing to be at the Costco gas station realizing I didn't know how to open the gas tank. I had to ask people Around me who also had no clue. Then. I couldn't figure out how to start the push button car. I found out by mistake then a second time it happened I was sitting in a parking lot reading the manual. I feel they should have told me how to do these things or at least ask. The staff was the one who started the car for me. But before all that they wanted me to sign the car had no damage, I said I wasn't signing until they cleared the snow and I can check the car. That was a hassle I did it myself. I called Enterprise and told them what happened. A manager was supposed To call me back and never did.

I ended up having to get a rental vehicle from this Enterprise as the dealership I bought my vehicle from didn't have a courtesy vehicle. The driver who picked me up from the dealership was very kind and made me feel very comfortable while we drove. When I got to Enterprise there wasn't any vehicles to choose from, customers were being helped inside and weren't being treated with respect/courtesy. I got the vehicle and went about my errands. Later that day I returned the car as directed, once I received my vehicle back. It has been almost 2 weeks since I returned the vehicle. An employee, Nick, had called me the day after I returned the vehicle and confirmed I had returned it to the dealership to be picked up. I confirmed and he said someone would go pick it up right away. This evening I got a call from Enterprise asking where their vehicle was. I told them I had already returned it and that it has almost been 2 weeks. They replied with, "want to tell me what's going on here?". So I further explained and they said they can't get a hold of the dealership. So I call the dealership about 10 minutes later and they tell me they haven't even gotten a phone call. Apparently the car wasn't picked up from the dealership and they were going to charge me for the days it has been out, even though the authorization they require you to do had been released. I was pretty disappointed in the selection of vehicles (really none), the person who phoned me today was very rude and I felt very rushed while signing paperwork for the vehicle. Wouldn't recommend this establishment to others.Thankful the dealership dealt with the issue though! Barnes Wheaton is amazing!

Car wasn't as clean on the inside as I would have liked. Pick up and drop off is great.

I got into a car accident about a month ago, so ICBC approved me for a rental and setup a reservation for me with Hertz. They gave me a car but it was all messy and stinky from inside. I was really disappointed with the way they presented themselves. But then I came to Enterprise and Nik helped me getting a car. The car was really nice and clean from both outside and inside. Nik went above and beyond to help me get the car as quick as possible. He explained every detail in a very nice and professional way. In short, my experience with enterprise has been excellent. If in future I need to rent a car, Nik will be my go-to guy. I will also recommend him to my friends for any future rentals. Thanks a lot Nik
