Excellent customer service.  I was on an insurance claim.  They picked me up from home to get the rental.  When I dropped the vehicle off, the staff couldn't drive me home so they called me a taxi without charge.  Awesome service!

Not too impress with what is going on. here after reviewing lot of information I will apologizes to enterprise. the person who brought the truck back was a liar by blaming the enterprise rent a car for something(extra charge) and forgot to mention to me that he didn't what I requested to do prior bringing the vehicle back. I will publish all the story at a later time but untill then, I HIGHLY  recommend Surrey's enterprise rent a car.

I was working and needed to enter the back of their store to do utility work. The staff were very courteous and did not mind helping me out in getting a spot ready for my jobsite. It really does say the staff here does go above and beyond even when they aren't renting out cars!
