Sonia was amazing with taking care of my complex reservation. She bent over backwards for me, even when I lost my wallet in the mix! The whole rental process was super smooth, including with the car itself.
Did not give me the car I booked online. Tried to give me a econo car instead. Charged my credit card extra when the car was returned an hour before the requested return time. Will not trust budget.
Friendly and diligent staff. Car always is ready, with the fastbreak program I don’t even have to line up. Clean and good quality cars. Great prices, sign up with Budget and book in advance, straight forward. Never had an issue, more than 3 years booking with Budget on a monthly basis.
They don't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely terrible service! Would never ever recommend. We rented a car for our trip to visit our kids in powell river. The car broke down on the ferry wednesday night. We are still stuck stranded on the sunshine coast with a broken vehicle and no replacement. They keep telling us they're coming and no shows and no calls to let us know. It is now Friday and I've missed half my visit with my children who are completely heartbroken as are we. What a dissapointment budget is.
I rented a car at the Abbotsford airport on October 12, 2002. Sonya assisted me at pick up and drop off. Her knowledge, professionalism and kindness are second to none! Thank you Sonya for a job well done!!!! Budget is lucky yo have you as an employee.
BAL was awesome with helping me out renting a car gave me a great price. I look forward to using them next year when I come back from Ontario
This Budget rental location went above and beyond for us. We arrived late due to a flight delay and Sonia stayed late to let us pick up our rental 45 minutes after closing time. She even upgraded us to a better vehicle at no charge. Thank you Sonia, you got our trip off to a great start!
Our experience with this company was very positive from beginning to end. Car was clean and comfortable. We had been hit by another vehicle and went through process of calling to report it and filling out a incident report. Preete was the employee who assisted us, she was very professional, compassionate and helpful.we very much appreciate her help and attitude. Upon returning car, the employee that assisted us was pleasant and helpful as well. We were very pleased with all aspects of of transaction and communication. Thank you Preete!
A person named Bal whom works at this location is excellent, I hope management will recognize Bal's exceptional Customer Service. I had a last minute flight change that required me to stay in Abbotsford for an additional day. I had already dropped off the form at the front desk and handed the keys to a Budget Lot Person where the vehicle was parked. Long story short, I needed a Rental Car for an additional day. There wasn't a CSR at Budget however, there was a CSR at Enterprise. I booked a vehicle on my Enterprise App and reserved a vehicle, upon going to the Enterprise desk and communicating my Reservation number, I was told no vehicles were available - the Enterprise CSR explained there is a 2hr lag between online Reservation vs. Reality at the location ?! I left without a vehicle and exited the Airport and coincidentally met with Bal outside. I approached Bal explained what had happened and asked if he could assist, and sure enough he did without hesitation. Bal extended my contract for 1 more day - done! My company uses Enterprise however, Budget and Bal came through 100%. Thank you Bal !
Bal the guy with the tattoos! was very nice and patient with us while we picked up our rental. He pointed out my card had collision coverage included, and also that me and my partner were common law so he could add him as an additional driver. We came in having a tough day and with him around, it was a good day! Hats off to him, great guy, will rent from Budget again for sure.
