The employees here are very good, they take time to explain things and seem happy to help. As a customer be sure to double check starting mileage and clarify if you have unlimited or a certain amount of mileage as that can cause issues upon returning the car. Just take general caution as with any rental office and you’ll be good to go!

Enterprise Rent A Car Millcreek location in Mississauga is the best car company that I have ever dealt with. I met the manager Derek on a Friday afternoon who went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted as quickly as possible. He was caring, knowledgeable, understanding, patient and eager to make this entire process an excellent one. I was not only impressed with his customer service skills but also the staff. A great group of people who I would highly recommend. You won't regret it. The vehicle was perfect as well. Thanks Derek!!

Picked me up from where I dropped my car off for repairs. Signed the paper work and had a car in about 10 minutes. Was pretty impressed with how smooth the whole thing was. The woman Nav who helped me was great and friendly. Even got me a snowbrush for the car.

I waited over an hour to pick up my rental; there only one person at the counter working and over 6 people waiting in line to pick up their own cars. Even after waiting an hour past by scheduled pick-up time, they still did not have the vehicle prepared for me - had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to prepare it. It also seems impossible to contact the branch over the phone in the morning - I am basically on hold until i just give up and can't stand the recorded enterprise loop recording any more

I frequently rent from YOW. After giving up with the rental agency down the hall. I decided to give Enterprise a try. The first few times renting from ERAC was acceptable. This time around, I don't know what happened, but their service went from okay to stellar! Keep up the great work, I will be back again!
