Getting a receipt from the 1800 number is just pathetic. Why they ask for full credit card information on the phone to get a simple receipt is beyond me. Are they not setup to retrieve this information with the last 4 digits and a name? Come on guys, we live in a society that feeds off credit card fraud. Also, the lady on the phone that I was dealing with today (named Diane), had terrible customer service skills. Rather than listen to my request the first time, she asked me on several occasions what the reason of my call was... ??? Seriously, all I wanted was a copy of my bill and it didn't seem to register with her. I'm never dealing with Budget again!!! Just pathetic!!!!

The location never awnsers the phone. The location is filthy and looks like it’s never been cleaned in 10 years. When I arrived to pick up my moving truck I fell into a pot whole in The parking lot and rolled my ankle. I told the staff members behind the counter guy and Siad and that I was hurt and he didn’t care at all. Very rude. My truck was extremely dirty and no discount. I will never return to this location let alone this company ever again. Stay away! crooks.

Terrible service, called to book a van 2 weeks in advance. Showed up at the location to pick up Van no managers or assistant managers were present. The only person was a employee who had no idea what was going on. Tried calling the owner to see what time he would arrive, he kept on saying 20 minute well an hour goes bye and no show. Everyone at the store waiting for a vehicle made other arrangements.
