This was my first rental car in Canada and the staff made my experience very nice. Aly & Carolina were very friendly and helpful and even gave me a drop back home. I would definitely prefer this location for my next rental car.

Returned the car and Bader Albarazi checked it in. Excellent service and explained all costs on bill and how toll charges work etc. Fast when picking up the vehicle too it was with different agent.Ready on time and minimum time in processing paperwork. Great and convenient location. Clean and speedy service. will use again. Highly recommended.

I have been renting car from Enterprise at Millcreek Drive, Mississauga and the staff has always been polite and friendly. A special shout-out to Jessica and Zachary who have always been friendly and point on with their guidance. If we needed any advice on some matter, their customer service on the phone is also very kind and helpful. Keep up great work team and thank you for your support!

Things began great, had an insurance claim on my car, the autobody shop had enterprise pick me up to there office to get my rental. However weeks after I returned the car I got a phone call stating that my claim number did not exist, and my insurance company had no record of my claim. They asked me to call my insurance company to figure out what went wrong. I was extremely busy with work had to travel and forgot to find information for them which means me doing there job for them. A couple weeks go by and I receive a call from enterprise which I missed and got charged to my card immediately afterwards.  I then called my insurance company, and gave them the claim number which I found on my enterprise invoice from the rental and my insurance was able to find my claim right away no issues. So it my eyes its either they aren't experienced with working with insurance companies, or they struggle to read numbers on there own invoice. In the end I am not impressed that I have to take time out of my day to do there job for them, and I still get charged on my credit card. Thankfully my insurance will reimburse me for the charge but I struggle to see why getting simple information that they should be use to handling cannot be done by them, and I have to do it for them. Not great service, not a great experience, hopefully this is not a reoccurring issue with Enterprise.

Wonderful staff, Rashad was the manger I was dealing with and all I can say is he was very quick to help me rent my first car. Everything was fast and smooth, if you want good price and amazing customer service come to this location.

Used Enterprise while vehicle was in for repair.  Excellent service and friendly staff. They supplied a new vehicle which is not common nowadays. Easy rental experience. I recommend this location.

Great experience overall they were able to guarantee me a four-wheel-drive vehicle where other locations were unable to.  Super friendly staff and great customer service.

Horrible customer service. I have been sent to three locations to pick up a pickup truck that was booked a week earlier. No one wants to take responsibility. Very rude staff. This is my third time to book a car from enterprise and every experience was worst than the one before

I got a car for rental and it was fast and easy.  They were very polite and on the day of car return,  immdiately offered me a ride to the service center to get my original car. Thank you guys.

brilliant service. even though the truck rental office closes early on Saturdays, the rep Joby made arrangements for the guys on the car rental side to have my paperwork ready and waiting for me past his closing time. there was an accident on the highway and I got stuck behind the traffic and was about half an hour late. they close at 12 on Saturdays but the car rental side stays open until 2pm. once I got into the office at around 12:30, the guys working the car rentals were swamped with clients, but they knew exactly what needed to be done for my truck rental. they never skipped a beat; got through the paperwork and truck inspection without any hiccups. kudos to enterprise for doing a bang-up job on cross-training their staff. key drop off was also a breeze. It was a bonus that they offered weekend returns, as I only needed the truck for a few hours. all other truck rental companies were going to charge me an entire extra day "because it was the weekend." on Monday, Joby called me back to confirm everything was A-OK with the truck return so no additional charges to my card.  he also asked whether everything went okay with my move. I thought that was a very nice personal touch. definitely going to keep these guys in my phone book for any future moving needs. highly recommended. A++++
