Avis Car Rental

Unprofessional staff I took a car for one week it was 4:15 pm and confirmed with the guy that i can return it only at 5:30- 5:45 as i leave my job at 4:30, he said it's fine and ko worries. On the returning date i received a call from the girl working their at 4:45 notifying me that the car has been extended one day more as i exceed the 30 minutes grace period!!!! And when i told her about the agreement with her colleague she just ignored it and charged me the extra day based on day rate ignoring the weekly rate basis. I had a great service with Avis before in Montreal Jean Talon, but here they are just c...!

I booked online and got a great rate with a coupon for 3 days. Upon arrival, they didn't have any more of the car I'd booked, BUT they upgraded me to an SUV at no charge and I even got the unlimited kilometers that usually don't come with an SUV rental (but came with the car - important for me because I was going on a rather long trip), so I am not unhappy about my original car not being there. No issues whatsoever with a vehicle being ready for pick-up when I arrived, and I liked the option of the keydrop to return it when it was handy for me.

Travel over 40 times a year and Avis always has too notch service as well as cars.
