AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!Absolutely disgusting criminals!!!!! Will literally rob you blind- couldn’t say anything worse about this garbage- what a total joke- I have recordings of your staff saying “we are allowed to make up things if they aren’t written down” I want my 70$ in gas for 3 days thanks... CROOKS

STAY FAR FROM THIS LOCATION! They will claim that you have damaged the rental and hit your credit card before you can do anything about it! I was not even shown the damage - other than a picture on a cell phone. DISGUSTING that these people can practice business this way and sleep at night!

I do not want to even give a single star. The rental was covered by the insurance company, and we did not use an extra hour... Surprised to receive the bill though on my credit card. I will never rent a car from Discount! Still trying to get the Discount to give back my money!

Horrible customer service by the branch manager. Rented a mini van and put insurance on my CC. Upon return she found an extremely minute stone chip and start complaining about it and said they will send the car for estimate. Most major rental companies won't even consider that as damage as it counts as wear and tear. She was rude and I did file a complaint with the head office and no follow was made. Stay away from this location.

WORST CAR RENTAL!! i booked a car 3 days in advance and than get a call an evening before the pick up to let me know that they dont have a car for me. called the reservation desk and customer rep said she can't help me on with this issue. i have appointments set in advance for tomorrow and i am STUCK!!!
