Easyday Rent-A-Car

Ravi arrived with the rental vehicle shortly after the accident.. Since I found the original vehicle provided too large to drive, Ravi easily accommodated switching the car to a smaller vehicle. I returned the car today and he drove me home. Great customer service. Thank you

Ravi (the only guy giving this place 5 starts) rented me a terrible car. I mean bad to the point where it said damage on vehicle and they literally wrote "all over" on the sheet. There were no air bags and the break lights did not work. This I realized when I was out of town. As most people leave town when they rent a car... I was surprised that I was told I needed to get the oil change done on the car or I would not be able to complete my rental term. The car made odd noises and broke down while I was out of town. They refused to give me a replacement vehicle and suggested I even drive the car back to them.... when the car wouldn't even start and I was four hours away.... :/ They ended up towing the car and not retuning my money. Instead now two months later they charge me $500.00 for NO REASON! When I requested to have the money returned to me they dogged my calls. Please don't go here. I'm not even sure how u can charge me what ever u like without my consent. This place is a scam. I am calling my credit card company and reporting them to the better business bureau. Nothing easy about this rental. More like I'm gonna S**t on you rental.

Downright criminal business practices. Lied about having spoken to my insurance adjuster. Told me that they arranged a rate of 45 dollars a day, imagine my shock when i was charged $390 for one day. Guy was slick with how he set up the payment too, made sure that i never saw the total until after it was paid. Afterwards he mentioned the $250 "service fee" and that he had told my adjuster, who approved it. Should be called Greasy Day with these dishonest, criminal practices. Stay far far away.

Terrible customer service. The place is a scam. I cleaned the car prior to returning the vehicle and was still charged a hefty fee for to cleaning the car. Absolutely ridiculous don't go here.

Horrible company. I was overcharged and would not make adjustment saying it was too late and too bad. I called and they never returned my call once after they said they would call back.
